What's your suggestion for a cash deposit safe?

The first thing I ask to customers looking for a cash deposit safe is "how are you planning on depositing your cash?" and, more specifically, is it going to be bundled in envelopes, deposit bags, or what?

The answer to that question determines whether cheaper undercounter safes can be considered or not. Undercounter safes typically only allow something half-an-inch thick to slide through and the slot is not much wider than five inches. So if you deposit just a little bit of cash in standard envelopes they will work, otherwise you definitely need to look at front loading or rotary hopper drop safes.

After that decision, customers usually ask about size and locking options. At Direct Safes, we have more than 20 different sizes of drop safes that can be combined with a wide number of locks.
