Your use of the site is subject to your acceptance of this Agreement. You cannot

Online Privacy Protection Act, Direct Safes does not permit children under 13

Safes does not collect information from children. By using the Direct Safes

Pricing
Direct Safes strives to ensure all products are shown with their correct
pricing, delivery, and product information at all times. Direct Safes also
verifies the accuracy of all products and pricing before processing and shipping
your order. If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to typographical
errors or erroneous information from our suppliers or manufacturers, Direct
Safes will correct the pricing error. If the correct price is lower than what
was shown, Direct Safes will charge the lower price and ship the product. If the
correct price is higher, Direct Safes will notify you of the higher price. You
may choose to either proceed with the order at the higher, corrected price, or
cancel the order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit
card charged. If your credit card has been charged, Direct Safes shall
immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the
charge. All prices are valid for online sales orders only. Prices are subject
to change without notice.

Direct Safes reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of
the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
Direct Safes reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as
necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental
request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials,
in whole or in part, in Direct Safes’ sole discretion.

about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Direct Safes
does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any
Communication Service and, therefore, Direct Safes specifically disclaims any
liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting

Indemnification

Your use of this website shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the
state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and
not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods.
You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or
indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited
to the purchase of Direct Safes products) shall be in the state or federal
courts located in Santa Clara County, California. Any cause of action or
claim you may have with respect to the website (including but not limited
to the purchase of Direct Safes products) must be commenced within one (1)
year after the claim or cause of action arises. Direct Safes’ failure to
insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and
conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall
act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Direct Safes may assign its
rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice
to you.
