Warranty on Direct Safes branded Products is provided by Direct Safes.
Warranty for non Direct Safes branded Products is provided by third-party
manufacturers. At a minimum, safes are covered by a 1-year parts warranty
and locks are covered by a 3-month parts warranty. Warranty details vary
from product to product so please inquire with Direct Safes. Used products
are sold “as-is� and do not carry any warranty.
Obtaining service
To obtain service whether or not the product is covered by warranty you can
contact the manufacturer by calling the number provided on the safe or e-mail
sales@directsafes.com with your order number and get a "Warranty/Service
request" e-mail in return. You can also call 866-553-6069 with your order
number and ask to receive the "Warranty/Service" e-mail or fax sent to you.
The manufacturer will provide a warranty/service quote and perform the
service if you approve it and provide payment information. If the service
was covered under manufacturer's warranty no charges will ever appear.
